Insufficient Entries: If a contest does not reach the minimum required participants, fantsavi may cancel it, and entry fees will be refunded to all players.

Technical Issues: In case of technical difficulties or situations affecting fair play, fantsavi reserves the right to cancel contests and issue full refunds.

Rule Violations: If a contest is canceled due to rule violations, refunds may not be provided to participants involved in the violations.

3. Refund Policy

4. Account Balance Withdrawals

Withdrawal Requests: Users can request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, provided they meet the minimum withdrawal amount on the platform. Funds will be processed to the linked payment method.

Processing Time: Withdrawals are generally processed within 3-5 business days, subject to your payment provider.

Fees: A nominal fee may be applied to withdrawals, which will be indicated during the withdrawal process.
